    I guess when NBC used her as the “assignment” or update-desk reporter during any NBC, nationally-televised, event Sunday, that was a sign to come. She was on many Sundays doing hockey, horse racing, golf, etc.

  3. I am surprised this wasn’t brought up here but I guess NESN’s relocation of the scorebox graphic isn’t really blocking anything interesting.

    NESN made the move to some.. I don’t know what you call it.. fancier? Cleaner? It looks the same but I hate boxes in the Chyron or near it, esp with baseball, unless it hugs the lower 1/3rd. I’ve seen similar response from others who said “wtf happened?” that watch NESN on mlb.tv.

    Anyone else like or not like this?

  6. It’s pretty cool to be an Arbitron meter family. I can listen to ESPN podcasts in the car going to and coming from work, obviously ignoring the insufferable sports media hacks on the radio. I’m doing my part to minimize ratings!!!
