On the final game of their West coast road trip, the Celtics just couldn’t put it all together, and lost to the lowly Clippers, 93-91 in Los Angeles.

He also has Rocco Baldelli going hitless in his Red Sox debut. Joe Haggerty looks at how Kevin Youkilis has really stepped up since Manny Ramirez was traded.

Dan Shaughnessy looks at the tradition of the Red Sox playing Boston College to open the spring, and what it means to the students who get a chance to play against players they’ve watched for years. Carol Robidoux has a look at a NH man who feeds spring training fans in an unusual way.

Mike Loftus has the Bruins surprised at the struggles of the Anaheim Ducks. Haggerty says that there is no place like home for the Bruins. Steve Conroy says that in the win over the Panthers, the Bruins defensemen starting jumping into the attack again – something that had been missing during the struggles.


Scott Benson wonders if we’ve totally overestimated the market for Matt Cassel and what the Patriots can get for him. Jim Donaldson thinks there will be no shortage of teams interested in Cassel.

Christopher L. Gasper has the team filling out a couple spots on the coaching staff and in the front office. Christopher Price has Dr. James Andrews giving a good prognosis on Tom Brady’s knee.
