Now batting for MSNBC, Ron Borges. He pronounces CBC a failure. I guess Dan Shaughnessy must be sharing his voice mail messages with everyone, since Borges uses the same message that Gordon Edes used in yesterday’s Globe column. I did throw up in my mouth though, after Borges described Shaughnessy as a “long-suffering Sox fan.” (Now if we could just figure out who this “Rafael Mendoza” guy he speaks of towards the end is, we’ll be all set.) Rob Neyer (Bill James disciple) predicts the Red Sox will win the World Series. Gary Fitz says its time to move the war back to the news stations where it belongs, and talk baseball. (A nice shot at the Celtics front office in there, too.)
